This is a Vintage Yves Saint Laurent Cameo Style Pendant Necklace, the strap is a tie closure and the material is velvet. The Pendant is gold plated surrounded by crystals. The velvet strap is in very good condition as in the pendant itself and no missing stones. The back of the pendant has light surface scratches. Brand stamped on the rear. Size: H 65 mm × W 45mm
